The golf course was converted to a par 69 with the par-five fifth becoming a par three due to flooding that also forced a two-hour delay in play, but Brooke Henderson stayed afloat in her quest for her first LPGA Tour victory of the season.
Henderson shot her second consecutive 67 in Saturday’s third round and at 14 under, is just one shot off the lead going into Sunday’s finale at the Meijer LPGA Classic in Grand Rapids, Mich.
Henderson had a bogey on her second hole, but came back with birdies the eighth, 12th and 13th holes.
Alena Sharp also shot a 67 and is at five under, while Maude-Aimee Leblanc is at one under after she finished Saturday’s play with a 73.

Brogan McKinnon of Mississauga, Ont., is three off the lead at the Decatur-Forsythe Classic in Decatur, Ill., after she shot a bogey-free, six-under 66 in Saturday’s second round.
