Mackenzie Tour-PGA Tour Canada qualifying school in Kissimmee, Fla., has gone into overtime, with players set to resume the fourth round at 8 a.m. ET Saturday at the Reunion Resort and Spa.
After the third round was suspended on Thursday due to inclement weather, play was again delayed at 2:28 p.m. on Friday due to dangerous weather before resuming at 5:15 p.m. Play was called to to darkness at 7:39 p.m.
American Samuel Love has a two-shot lead at 10 under and was two under on Friday when play was called.
Toronto’s Sebastian Szirmak is tied for eighth at four under and was one under on the day.
Cam Burke of New Hamburg, Ont., is tied for 15th at two under.
The first-place finisher will receive exempt status, while second through 16th (no ties) will be exempt through the tour’s first reshuffle. The 17th through 40th finishers, including ties, will receive conditional status.
