One Canadian has made it into this week’s lucrative Tour Championship in Atlanta by making it into the top 30 in FedEx Cup standings.
Adam Hadwin will be 21st in the standings going into East Lake after he tied for 40th at seven under on Sunday at the BMW Championship. Hadwin finished with a bogey-free, six-under 65.
Mackenzie Hughes, who got as high as 24th in the standings over the weekend, finished the BMW with a 74, which dropped him to 36th place, leaving him out of the top 30.

Brooke Henderson finished off the Evian Championship in France, which was shortened to 54 holes due to inclement weather, with a one-over 72.
Henderson tied for 58th at four over as Anna Nordqvist of Sweden defeated American Brittany Altomare in a playoff for the win.

Augusta James of Bath, Ont., tied for 11th at the El Dorado Shootout in Arkansas, where she shot a four-under 68 in the final round on Sunday.
James finished at three under, while Anne-Catherine Tanguay of Quebec City tied for 22nd.
