Brad Fritsch seems to have liked his first Web.com Tour win a couple of weeks ago so much that he may be entertaining thoughts of making it two in a row at this week’s El Bosque Mexico Championship.
Fritsch fired a bogey-free, seven-under 65 that included five birdies and an eagle on Friday and is tied for first going into the weekend. At 13 under, Fritsch and co-leader Wesley Bryan are three shots clear of their next competitor, although players were still on the golf course when play was called due to darkness.

Nick Taylor shot a four-under 68 in Friday’s second round at the Valero Texas Open in San Antonio, where he’s at one under going into the weekend, nine shots off the lead.
David Hearn is at even par after he shot a 71 on Friday.

Brooke Henderson moved one step closer to the lead, which remains at nine under at the Swinging Skirts LPGA Classic in San Francisco.
