Graham DeLaet has his first top-10 of the early 2017 season, but it’s one in which his first PGA Tour win came so close in Jackson, Miss.
DeLaet, who went into the final round of the Sanderson Farms Championship just one shot off the lead, made the turn at three under after a bogey-free front nine.
He was leading at 16 under as he arrived at the 11th hole, where a water ball left him with a double bogey on that hole, followed by a bogey that took him back to even par.
A birdie on 13 took him to one under, but a bogey on the final hole left him with an even par 72.
DeLaet tied for eighth at 13 under and was one of four Canadians in the top 30 in Jackson.
