After finishing his first round on Friday with an even par 72, Adam Hadwin continued on with his second round in which he shot a three-under 69 at the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines, where he’s tied for 33rd going into the weekend.
Hadwin’s second round included five birdies and two bogeys as he’s seven shots behind leader Harris English.
Tied with him at three under is Roger Sloan of Merritt, B.C., who followed a first round 73 with a four-under 68 on Friday that included five birdies and a bogey.

On the Web .com Tour, Jamie Sadlowski of St. Paul, Alta., managed to get his entire second round in despite play being suspended for the day at the Colombia Championship in Bogota.
At the end of the day, Sadlowski was tied for 37th at one under after shooting a one-over 72 on Friday.
Brad Fritsch was one under through six when play was called for the day.

The Champions Tour also swung into action on Friday at the Allianz Championship in Boca Raton, Fla., where Rod Spittle is tied for 13th after a first round, three-under 69 on Friday.
Stephen Ames and Jim Rutledge each shot 74.

Play was also called on a blustery day at the LPGA Tour’s Pure Silk Bahamas Classic, where 17-year-old Monday qualifier Brooke Henderson was one over through five when play was called.
That left Henderson tied for 85th.
