Tournament officials are expected to announce on Friday what weekend plans are for the Nova Scotia Open, an inaugural tournament on the Web .com Tour being played at Ashburn Golf Club in Halifax, where Arthur, which officially became a hurricane on Thursday, is expected to hit.
