Calgary got hit with another round of severe weather, with severe thunderstorm warnings, funnel clouds spotted and localized flooding, enough to cause the city to activate its Municipal Emergency Plan.
Erika Tucker of Global News has that story here. Kevin Thistle of the Windmill Golf Group in Calgary talked to Hutch here about the wild weather that blew in on Tuesday. You can read more about Tuesday’s weather here.
The intense weather also kept crews busy at Glencoe Golf and Country Club on Wednesday.
No golf today. Bridges 10am tomorrow. Meadows/Forest to follow ASAP. Precipitation has damaged courses – we need time to clean-up/repair. ?
