The trio of two-time tournament champion Jim Furyk, Canadian Graham DeLaet and Matt Kuchar combined for 22 birdies playing together on Friday at the RBC Canadian Open as Furyk and DeLaet tied the course record with 63s and Kuchar had a sweet 65 of his own.
Furyk goes into Saturday’s third round at Royal Montreal atop the leaderboard, tied with Tim Petrovic, the last player to get into the Open, at 10 under, with DeLaet tied for third with Kyle Stanley, two shots back.

Senior Open Championship
At the Senior Open Championship, Victoria;’s Rick Gibson shot a second round, even par 71 to remain in the top 10.
Gibson is tied for seventh at one under, 10 shots behind leader Bernhard Langer in Wales.
