With only this week’s Symetra Tour Championship remaining on the Symetra Tour schedule, several Canadians will be looking to crack the top 10 on the tour’s money list who will graduate to the LPGA Tour next season.
The 72-hole event begins Thursday at LPGA International in Daytona Beach, Fla. Going in, only Augusta James of Bath, Ont., is in the top 10 and he position is precarious in ninth spot with $53,077.
The entire money list is here.
As it stands now, Maude-Aimee Leblanc of Sherbrooke, Que., is on the outside looking in at the top 10 from 15th place, where she has $44,809. In order for Leblanc to get into the top 10, she would need at least a fourth-place finish in Daytona Beach.
Samantha Richdale of Kelowna, B.C., can also make it into the top 10. Currently, she’s 19th on the money list $40,701 and would need at least a second place finish.
