The Roxul Jane Rogers Championship is seeking volunteers for a variety of roles, including caddies.
The Canadian Tour event will take place at the Greystone Golf Course in Milton, Ont., from Aug. 6-9.
“Volunteering with the Roxul Jane Rogers Championship affords the serious or casual golfer the unique opportunity to get a front row seat to all the exciting tournament action,” said tournament director George Sourlis.
“We encourage all local golf fans to take advantage of this experience and come out and volunteer for any number of positions, including caddying for a potential future PGA Tour star,” he added.
Daily admission is $10 per person, while students and seniors get free admission. Anyone holding a 2009 RBC Canadian Open ticket can also get in free.
All net proceeds from the event will be donated to the Colorectal Cancer Association of Canada and the Trillium Health Centre Oncology Unit.
