Golf Canada CEO Scott Simmons returned last week from the annual meeting in Monterey Bay, Calif., of the International Association of Golf Administrators, which also includes the USGA, state and provincial golf associations from around North America.
Simmons spoke at the conference about the state of the game in Canada.
