The first budget brought down by the federal government since the Justin Trudeau and the Liberals were voted in last October was tabled on Tuesday and golf’s efforts to become a legitimate business expense for companies entertaining clients wasn’t included.
National Golf Course Owners Association CEO Jeff Calderwood, who spearheads the effort on behalf of the National Allied Golf Associations wasn’t surprised, but stresses those efforts will continue.
Calderwood chatted with Hutch about what’s ahead as NAGA continues to lobby Parliament on behalf of the golf industry.
