Head professional Bob Paley is one of a handful of employees to stay on at the Kananaskis Country Golf Course after the flood of 2013 and has spent most of the times since then in limbo with the future of the golf course uncertain.
At one point, the go-ahead was given on the rebuild of the provincial operation, but that was put on hold once again by the Alberta government for reasons you can read about here.
That all changed on Wednesday when the provincial government announced once again that it was going ahead with the rebuild. Afterwards, Paley says he received positive feedback through e-mails and social media. You can read some of those Tweets here.
