It was 20 years ago that Tiger Woods said “Hello World,” and made his pro debut at the 1996 Greater Milwaukee Open, but Bill Paul, who was tournament director for the Canadian Open back then, suggests that the Canadian Open that year could have been Tiger’s first tournament commitment on the PGA Tour.
