The Canadian PGA is launching a national radio show on Saturday, March 21.
Hosted by Jeff Dykeman, the Canadian PGA’s manager of business development, and Hamilton Spectator golf writer Garry McKay, the show will run each Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. EST for 30 weeks throughout the golf season
The show is being broadcasted through a partnership with the Astral Media Group and radio station Talk 820 in Southern Ontario. A live stream and archives of the show will also be available on the CPGA’s website.
“Canadian PGA Members are experts in the game and business of golf. The Canadian PGA Radio Show represents a tremendous opportunity and platform to showcase the many success stories created by Canadian PGA members across the country,” said Canadian PGA executive director Steve Carroll.
The new show will include debates and discussions with a variety of golf industry insiders and highlight association initiatives, sponsorship partners, members and high-profile guests.
Carroll and the red-hot Graham DeLaet of Weyburn, Sask., will be guests on the inaugural show.
Listener ideas for the show will also be welcomed by e-mailing Dykeman at firstname.lastname@example.org.
