Canadian Stuart Anderson remains in a tie for 10th after following up his first round 67 with a 70 on Thursday at the final stage of Asian Tour qualifying school.
Anderson was just three shots off the lead, but another Canadian has jumped into contention as Calgary’s Ryan Yip followed up a first round 71 with a 67 on Thursday and was tied for 15th, just four off the lead.

At the ISPS Handa Women’s Australian Open, Charlottetown’s Lorie Kane topped Canadians with a first round 71, which left her in a tie for 42nd, one stroke ahead of rookies Jennifer Kirby of Paris, Ont., and Sue Kim of Langley, B.C., after each fired a 72 and were tied for 60th.
