Brooke Henderson’s top-10 streak is now at seven and includes a major, the ANA Championship won by Lydia Ko at 12 under on Sunday at Mission Hills in Rancho Mirage, Calif.
Ko, who won last year’s CP Women’s Open, becomes the youngest two-time major champion and the first since Inbee Park in 2013 to win two in a row.
Henderson shot a five-under 67 on a day that saw her post just one bogey on the par-three eighth hole and pull herself out of tie for 33rd going into the final round to tie for 10th at seven under at Mission Hills in Ranch Mirage, Calif.
That extends her streak of consecutive top-10 finishes to seven, including six on the LPGA Tour and one on the Ladies European Tour.
Hamilton’s Alena Sharp shot a six over 78 to tie for 56th at three over.
The final leaderboard is here.
