The National Golf Course Owners Association Canada is seeking a full-time Golfmax and Business Development Coordinator.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have a proven track record in handling all aspects of customer relations, as well as the ability to motivate clients, colleagues, staff, and industry partners.
This person will enjoy working on multiple initiatives and have a proven track record of meeting critical deadlines. That person will also have the ability to plan, manage and administer events.
An outgoing personality and a good sense of humour are a must and bilingualism is an asset.
Support for a variety of association events.
Respond to Golfmax and Business Development inquiries from members and suppliers.
Coordinate a dynamic communication strategy for the association’s supplier partners.
Maintain and update Golfmax and supplier information on website and database.
Management of association’s supplier partners’ sales reports.
Various administrative support systems for Director (i.e. emails, general mail, generating reports for board meetings, supplier presentations, new supplier contract documents, etc.).
Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
Collaborative work ethic.
Excellent communications skills in English (written and oral). French is a great asset.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and willingness to learn new systems/programs.
