Effective Training Book
Former Canadian men’s team coach Henry Brunton has joined forces with Dave Allen in a book, High Performance Golf, the Serious Guide to Effective Training.
The book, which deals with long-term athletic development, deals with topics such as how to choose the best coach for your needs, how elite golfers develop, goal-setting, effective practice strategies, conditioning, nutrition, hydration and equipment options.
