ScoreBand, a South Carolina-based golf technology company, has announced that it will be expanding its presence internationally through an exclusive partnership with Canadian distributor, G&G Golf Company.
G&G will assume immediate responsibility for the distribution of ScoreBand products to accounts across Canada.
Earlier this year, ScoreBand signed Canadian Graham DeLaet as its global ambassador for its brand and marketing campaign. The expansion into Canada serves as a strategic next step for the growing product portfolio.
With laser rangefinders, scorekeeping watches, and GPS watches, ScoreBand provides athletes with easy and affordable access to technology to enhance enjoyment of the game.
“We are thrilled to announce our distribution partnership with G&G Golf Company,” said Jody Murdough, founder and president of ScoreBand.
“Canada has long been a market we have been seeking to expand our reach and we couldn’t be more excited to have a distributor of the calibre and respectability of G&G to bring ScoreBand to Canadians. Through G&G and our Canadian PGA Tour ambassador, Graham DeLaet, we expect ScoreBand to become the go-to golf tech brand for players in Canada,” said Murdough.
G&G has been a key distributor of premium golf products in Canada for over 24 years and has taken the lead on the successful distribution of several major golf brands and a variety of related products.
“Our company and national sales team are excited to bring ScoreBand’s products to the Canadian market,” said Gord German, president of G&G Golf Company. “
“We are always looking to introduce new and exciting technology to our lineup. Having Graham Delaet as ScoreBand’s PGA Tour Ambassador not only provides credibility to the ScoreBand name, but will also bring great awareness to the products themselves,” he added.
“We look forward to the years ahead as we build ScoreBand a strong presence in the Canadian golf industry,” said German.
