Coyote Creek Golf Club, an Eaglequest Golf facility in Surrey, B.C., is in need of a general manager who will be responsible for all aspects of the operation, including successful delivery of programs and achieving identified company goals.
The general manager will hire, train and lead in customer satisfaction and business results, maintain and manage the business and implement industry best practices to achieve success.
The general manager will be expected to deliver expected results within clear and established financial parameters and objectives with the goal of maximum return on investment to ownership.
The successful candidate will have a minimum two years experience in a similar role, including managing golf and food and beverage operations.
He/she will be committed to leading edge thinking and be passionate about the continual improvement of themselves, of their team and of achieving their business goals.
The individual will be competent at managing relationships with customers, staff and suppliers, be an excellent communicator and understands that creating a fun work environment leads to happy staff and ultimately, happier customers.
The compensation package starts at $70,000, plus other benefits, commensurate with experience.
