Designed specifically for the mid-to-high handicapper, the JPX wedge has been added to flow into any set of JPX irons to offer forgiveness with Mizuno’s JPX technology platform.
JPX wedges feature a CNC milled face and Mizuno’s Quad Cut Groove technology that allows Mizuno to precisely control the width, depth, draft angle and shoulder radius of each groove for better spin control and ball-stopping ability.
“The JPX wedge will find its way into the bags of many mid-to-high handicap players, due to its ability to deliver precision, control and spin,” said Dick Lyons, vice president and general manager of Mizuno USA.
“Mizuno has been known for its MP line of clubs for accomplished golfers, but we have made incredible strides with the JPX line and are very confident it will continue to grow in popularity with the game improvement segment,” he said.
The Triple Cut sole in the JPX is designed to deliver better turf interaction in sync with the JPX irons. Harmonic Impact Technology is in place to offer better sound and feel.
The JPX wedges feature 8620 steel construction and a two-tone double nickel chrome finish.
JPX wedges are available in a variety of right and lefthanded lofts and come with a Dynalite Gold XP Wedge flex steel or Fujikura Orochi graphite shaft.
