The Exotics E8 series from Tour Edge is the first adjustable hybrid by Exotics.
The E8 hybrid features a premium maraging steel cup face which engineers made thinner to establish faster ball speeds off the face.
The face technology also includes variable face thickness to increase the spring-like effect across more areas of the face for greater distance.
Focusing on a faster ball speed and less spin, engineers positioned E8’s centre of gravity slightly lower closer to the face and revised the Power Grid design, making it smaller to obtain maximum flexing at impact and increased spring effect for more distance.
Deep cut away steps positioned back in the heel and toe of the sole are used to make shaping shots off the tee and the turf easier than ever for players of all abilities.
The steps are designed to increase MOI and maximize stability on off-centre contact, while minimizing turf drag.
The E8 incorporates trajectory control through an adjustable sole weight. The club comes standard at nine grams, which is three grams heavier than the driver to dramatically change trajectory control.
The E8 hybrid utilizes the same weight kit as the fairway wood and includes six-gram, 11-gram, and 14-gram weights in a kit available at additional cost. Individual weights are also available.
The E8 hybrid look has a matte black finish, which helps reduce glare at address.
