C. Kua Shafts Introduced By Miyazaki

Miyazaki Shafts from SRI Sport has introduced the C. Kua series of graphite shafts aimed at weight reduction and increased swing speeds.

The C. Kua series has hit into the 40 to 50 gram weight category and have been used by a variety of PGA Tour players, including Boo Weekley, Kevin Stadler, Jerry Kelly, Glen Day and Vijay Singh.

Miyazaki ShaftsMiyazaki Shafts has also teamed with Lamkin Grips for a proprietary lightweight, Miyazaki-specific version of Lamkin’s Performance Plus grip, which comes with each C. Kua purchase.

The C. Kua line offers three distinct driver and fairway wood flex code families and two distinct hybrid families.

The Miyazaki C. Kua 59 flex code was designed for stability in the top three-quarters of the shaft, with a slightly more active extreme tip section for a mid-trajectory ball flight, added speed and a slight fade bias.

The C. Kua 43 flex code is designed to be stiff near the hands and softer in the tip to offer a stable feeling and mid-to-high trajectory.

The C. Kua 39 series wood shafts use a balanced flex code profile with a slightly softer mid-tip section for added swing speed and distance through a mid-trajectory.

The special edition 39 series is the lightest shaft ever offered by Miyazaki and will be available only in 0.350 tip configuration.

The C. Kua 83 series of hybrid shafts offers increased mid-tip stiffness for consistently penetrating long iron trajectory.

Part of the Miyazaki/Lamkin Tour Issue Superlite System, the 59 hybrid is stiffer at the butt section and has a slightly softer tip for high swing speed and mid-to-high trajectory.

The Miyazaki C. Kua driver and fairway wood shafts have a premium gold finish, while hybrid shafts feature a subtle dark gray.
