I always wondered too why even some media capitalize the “T” in tour when it isn’t used as a proper name … About two-thirds of respondents thus far to this week’s GNN Poll believe customers react too quickly to price increases, with 66 per cent saying they conveniently forget costs they’re paying elsewhere, while another 34 per cent say customers understand market forces and while they may not like price increases, they do get why they’re necessary.
