With Canada Day coming up on Sunday, it would seem we have something to celebrate in this country besides its birthday.
In the golf industry, for example, it would seem that the 2012 season is a positive one, according to the optimism that I’ve heard and what other GNN bloggers are picking up on.
For example, a GNN Poll we ran a month ago indicated that 76 per cent of respondents were feeling either slightly more optimistic, or much more optimistic than they had in the previous five years.
So, we thought we would see if reality was backing up that optimism through rounds played, pro shop and food and beverage sales, etc. As we head into the dog days of summer, you must have a pretty good idea by now of how this season is shaping up for your business.
That’s the subject of this week’s GNN Poll.
We’d like you to grade how you see the 2012 season so far and how you see it playing out at the end. We’ve provided four different answers for you to choose, either below this blog or on the GNN home page.
Check the one you feel best applies to your business in 2012 and, should you feel like expanding on your thoughts, please tee it up in the Comment section below.
