The question for this week’s GNN Poll is based on my previous blog.
Some within the golf industry have indicated that adding new grow-the-game initiatives might somehow affect the game in its purest form.
The other side of that argument is that the opposite is true.
Serious, competitive golf could, in fact, be strengthened by more people after getting into the game through imaginative and fun initiatives that get them started and set them on a course towards club championships, amateur events and beyond.
If you haven’t done so already, you can read the previous blog here and then offer your own opinion in the GNN Poll.
Would entry-level, grow-the-game initiatives in any way change the way golf is traditionally played?
- NO (65%)
- YES (35%)
