Regina Club Needs Food & Beverage Manager

The Wascana Country Club in Regina seeks a food and beverage manager to begin no later than April 1.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, supervising and directing food and beverage operations, including the restaurant, lounge, courtyard, dining room, banquets and additional culinary outlets, while maintaining a profitable F&B department and high quality products/service levels.

He or she has a minimum three years experience in a similar role and is committed to leading- edge thinking, with devotion to continual improvement of themselves, the team and of achieving business objectives.

The food and beverage Manager is expected to create a healthy and rewarding working environment for members, staff and suppliers.

He/she will manage revenue and payroll budgets and meet or exceed budgeted expectations, while keeping food and service quality consistently high.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations, as well as computer skills. This person will be willing to have a flexible working schedule and recognize that long hours and weekends are sometimes required.
