Vancouver Club Lands 2012 Women’s Open

The Vancouver Golf Club has been named host venue for the 2012 CN Canadian Women’s Open, which will be played Aug. 23-26 that year.

The announcement means that Canada’s lone LPGA Tour event will return to Vancouver for the first time since Beth Daniel won it in 2003 at Point Grey Golf and Country Club.

The date of the 2012 CN Canadian Women’s Open will be August 20-26, 2012 and the prize purse will be determined at a later date.
