A pro who can also be in charge of course maintenance is very valuable, the course supers have long tried to get their members more involved in all areas of course operations, the PGA must do likewise. Playability protects the membership but club management has to count the coin, so hopefully PACE helps educate CPGA members in all areas of club management. anything that the CPGA or rather the PGA of C can do to make their members more useful to golf clubs is great.
