The Nike Victory Red drivers are the latest addition to the premium VR line that was introduced last November.
Two versions of the VR Drivers – the VR Str8-Fit Tour and VR Tour – will be available.

The VR Str8-Fit Tour continues with the Str8-Fit Face Angle Technology that allows players to select their shot shape and the ability to dial in 32 face angle positions. The VR Tour driver is for golfers who prefer a more traditional look with its smaller pear-shaped head and no adjustability.
The clubheads of both VR drivers are designed to appeal to avid golfers seeking lower spin rates and more penetrating ball flight. Each has a red Compression Channel located in the sole that runs from toe to heel, paralleling the face.
The Nike Compression Channel is designed to increase the overall compression of the body for increased, uniform ball speeds across the entire face.
“The Compression Channel technology takes the rigidity out of the sole and provides more flex in the heel,” said Tom Stites, director of club creation for Nike Golf.
“By adding this technology, we have made the VR drivers more forgiving for the better players when they miss it in the lower zone of the heel.”
The VR Str8-Fit Tour is available in lofts of 8.5, 9.5, 10.5 and 11.5 degrees in both left and right-handed models and come and available with R, S and X shafts.
