New Henry-Griffitts OS-1s Have Curvilinear Sole
April 30, 2009 by GNN
The Curvilinear Sole in the new OS-1 irons from Henry-Griffitts is designed to improve consistency, control and playability.
With a lower centre of gravity, the Cuvilinear Sole features strategically placed tungsten/copper sole weights, a wide sole and cutout back design.
“The OS-1 is exceptionally forgiving, but gives the player the freedom to play all shots,” says Randy Henry, founder of Henry-Griffitts. “The sole has great playability and allows a wide variety of shots for all golfers, zero to high handicaps.”
The OS-1s also go through a fly-cut machining process to ensure a flat face and feature machine-engraved grooves and a soft stainless head.
